Here is our approach to customized training courses and seminars:

• We initiate a kick-off meeting or conference call to evaluate and analyze your training needs and the audience level (initial consultation).
• We then provide you with our customized course / seminar outline base on your training requirements and desired learning outcomes.
• After granting your approval, we will design and develop our course materials, instructional methods, and participant feedback questionnaire.
• We will then schedule the course and our qualified instructors will deliver the course to your team.
• After we delivered the training course, we collect completed participant feedback questionnaires.
• We will conduct a lesson learned session (meeting or conference call) to get your feedback on our services, and provide an action plan for follow up.
• Finally, we will incorporate your feedback / action plan into our future training solutions and services.
